We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic and cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery within the defined timeline, budget, and scope. This position requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic vision, risk management expertise, and excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders. The professional will be responsible for driving complex initiatives, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and operational execution. What you will do: Lead strategic medium- and large-scale projects from initiation through closure. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and deliverables. Manage internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership. Develop and maintain detailed project plans. Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks. Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to timelines and budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams (technology, product, operations, etc.). Ensure clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders. Implement best practices and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Resolve conflicts and remove project impediments. Provide executive status updates and performance metrics reporting. What you will bring: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms. Budget management and financial control. Risk management and strategic planning. Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or similar. Leadership and influencing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Negotiation skills. Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
