The Red Hat Consulting Services team is looking for a Middleware Consultan t with significant experience in JEE. In this role, you will use our unique middleware applications capabilities for DevOps, continuous integration (CI), and cloud-based development consulting projects. You will participate in customer enterprise development by helping make our solutions both practical and workable for customer businesses. You’ll lead the on-site or remote implementation of Red Hat’s technologies. As a Middleware Consultant, you will work to gain an understanding of the infrastructure and business needs of our customers, make recommendations that will lead to the resolution of their problems, and help them make strategic decisions. What you will do:   Provide guidance to consultants with less experience in order to achieve set goals Help with the implementation of different projects on the scope Address the middleware development, focusing on microservices and APIs Develop effective and efficient solutions that provide desired performance Coordinate the workflow among middleware development teams, users, and yourself Analyze and fix existing code base to address new requirements In this role, you will participate in the customer enterprise development by helping make our solutions both practical and workable for customer businesses. You’ll lead the on-site implementation of Red Hat’s technologies. Experiences in DevOps strategy. You’ll work to gain an understanding of the infrastructure and business needs of our customers, make recommendations that will lead to the resolution of their problems, and help them make strategic decisions. What you will bring:   3+ years of experience as a middleware consultant Experience with microservices environments Experience with Red Hat OpenShift configuration, implementation, and support Experience managing APIs, especially 3scale by Red Hat Experience with software containers and with implementing software containers Experience in JEE to use our unique middleware applications capabilities for DevOps, continuous integration (CI), and cloud-based development consulting projects.
