Summary:   In this role, you will lead the delivery strategy and execution for Sg2 claims analytics products, including Share of Care, Provider Connections, and Patient Flow, within the strategy discipline. You will guide managers and team members in strengthening delivery capabilities, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution and alignment with product strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across product management, development, sales, and operations to support delivery readiness and successful product launches. You will engage with healthcare leaders to understand client needs, reinforce product value, and elevate the overall analytics delivery experience while driving operational excellence and scalability. Responsibilities: Lead delivery strategy and execution for Sg2 claims analytics products, including capability development. Implement scalable service models that ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across the claims analytics portfolio. Guide and develop managers, consultants, and product advisors to strengthen analytics and advisory capabilities. Provide coaching and performance oversight to ensure delivery excellence and strong client engagement. Partner with product management, development, sales, and operations teams to ensure readiness for new and existing products. Design and support internal training and standardized client education to improve adoption and effective use of claims analytics products. Serve as a subject matter expert for Sg2 claims analytics tools and support cross-disciplinary solution integration to meet client needs. Engage with healthcare executives to assess satisfaction, align delivery with strategic objectives, and strengthen client relationships. Support release planning and delivery readiness efforts for new analytics products and enhancements. Manage staffing models and resource allocation to support delivery capacity, growth, and evolving product offerings. Monitor delivery performance metrics and implement process improvements, including automation and AI enablement, to enhance outcomes. Strengthen collaboration with data operations, managed services, and analytics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support strategic growth initiatives. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Population health, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred 7 or more years of relevant experience required. Experience working with Medicare and/or Commercial claims data required. Experience leading analytics product delivery or healthcare analytics teams. Working knowledge of Sg2 claims analytics tools such as Provider Connections, Patient Flow, and Share of Care preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop talent in analytics and advisory environments. Experience supporting product launches and operational readiness initiatives. Strong communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and disciplines. Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing staffing models and resource allocation. Commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement. Willingness to travel up to 10%. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
