Role Summary This is a hybrid role that provides hands-on experience across two core functions within  Planning and Operations :  Program Management  and  Process Optimization . The role is designed for a curious, analytical learner interested in how strategy is translated into execution and how operational efficiency is achieved at scale. During the Program Management rotation, the intern will support assigned initiatives by bringing structure to planning, tracking, and coordination—helping translate strategic priorities into executable plans and timelines. During the Process Optimization rotation, the intern will focus on identifying workflow inefficiencies and improving interaction models to streamline operations and enhance effectiveness.
