PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals, within an expense budget. Leverage other sales channels to maximize sales and customer service franchise objectives. Develop and support sales processes to improve productivity and ensure that goals are met. Analyze the characteristics and trends of the local market and help define customer needs for new or modified products and services. EDUCATION: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: High comfort with both outbound and inbound sales activity, combining account strategy with attention to detail. Strong communications skills including writing, listening and questioning. Sales ability / persuasiveness. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport quickly, build and maintain relationships. Capability to absorb and articulate technical information. Highly motivated and goal oriented. Strong organizational skills, especially in a multi-tasking environment. Effective time management skills to ensure desired business outcomes Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook). PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel required. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Normal office environment LEVELING GUIDE: Critical thinking, evaluation and judgement skills are evolving. Can bring additional perspective and depth to thought process. Building analytical skills and ability to think more broadly. Developing ability to incorporate multiple viewpoints. Complexity in low to moderate range.
