Sponsorship: No We’re currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Smyrna, TN. ​This role provides support to multiple directors. A Day in the Life: Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining daily schedules (internal/external meetings) Involving multiple time zones Generating correspondence and travel arrangements including domestic and international, Helping with routine inquiries and special projects as necessary. Uses discretion and acts accordingly in confidential matters related to the department and company in order to maintain the integrity of the company and its employees. Who We're Looking for: Detailed-focused mindset; strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; analytical thinking skills; ability to maintain confidentiality of information; networking; responsive approach to tasks. One to two years of directly related experience as a secretary or administrative assistant. A high school diploma or G.E.D. One to two years post-high school education preferred. Knowledge of general office equipment such as fax, copier, and telephone systems.  Proficient in Word and Excel software with 80% accuracy; Outlook; PowerPoint.
