               As a Total Rewards Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the organization’s benefits and compensation programs. This role focuses on maintaining salary and benefit programs and policies through analysis, and benchmarking and by providing support in benefits administration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with internal and external regulations. This Specialist will collaborate with other HR teams on a regular basis. In this Role You will be responsible for: · Compensation & Benefits Support: Conduct research and analyses to support compensation and benefits programs, and develop proposals for adjustments to support organizational objectives. · Data Collection & Benchmarking: Gather and submit data for benchmarking surveys, review salary ranges, and conduct benchmarking analysis to ensure competitive compensation & benefits practices. · Market Monitoring: Monitor market developments and benefits/ compensation trends to keep the organization competitive. · Policy Application: Advise employees and HR on the application of compensation and benefits policies, ensuring clarity and compliance. · Compliance: Contribute to compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding benefits and compensation, by participating in regular data audits or collaborate with other teams to ensure the right information is provided to external auditors. What You Need to Succeed ​A minimum of 5-years experience at Human Resources functions with a minimum of  2-years experience from a Benefits and Compensation position with multi-country responsibility, at a large international organization. Expertise required in: · Compensation & Benefits: Competent in supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of equitable, market-based, and cost-effective reward systems and policies. · Contract Management & Renewals: Manages benefit‑related contracts by tracking terms, monitoring renewals, and ensuring agreements stay compliant and cost‑effective. · Data Collection & Analysis: Able to determine and analyze trends from collected data to assist in compiling reports for decision-making. · HR Systems & Tools: Proficient in leveraging HR information systems (HRIS) and relevant software applications to manage employee data, payroll, and benefits. · Compliance: Maintains understanding and adherence to regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. · Adaptive Mindset: Adjusts thinking and work habits to thrive in changing scenarios. · Planning & Organizing: Plans, organizes, and prioritizes activities to efficiently meet objectives. Education · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). · Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. · Proficiency with HRIS, Excel and other standard office software. Required Competencies  Business Insight: Understand how own activities relate to critical business drivers; monitors business news and market changes for impact on the business or own expertise area. · Accountability: Accept responsibility for own work, both successes and failures; meets commitments to others. · Complexity Management: Look at issues from multiple angles; explore issues to uncover underlying causes and implications. · Decision Quality: Make good and timely decisions, know when to act independently and when to escalate issues. · Planning & Alignment: Outline clear plans, align own work with relevant workgroups, and take steps to reduce bottlenecks. · Process Optimization: Use metrics and benchmarks to monitor accuracy and quality; address process breakdowns promptly. · Strong Communication skills: Listen attentively, keep others well informed, and convey information clearly and professionally.
