Sales Support Intern (Sales Administration) – IDEXX Join IDEXX, a global leader in veterinary diagnostics, and become part of a dynamic and international team . As a Sales Support Intern (Sales Administration) , you will play a key role in supporting our commercial activities by providing operational support to the Sales teams and managing customer orders through our internal systems, particularly SAP . Your responsibilities During your internship, you will be involved in: Creating, updating, and tracking customer orders in SAP Providing administrative support to the Sales teams in managing customer accounts Producing and maintaining activity and performance reports Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales support processes and tools Your profile You are: A student in Business, Management, or Administration Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Comfortable working in a team-oriented and international environment Proficient in Excel and standard office tools Previous experience with SAP or another ERP system is a plus Native Spanish & Fluent in English (working environment) What we offer A hands-on learning experience in a fast-paced, international commercial environment The opportunity to develop skills in sales operations and customer account management Practical exposure to SAP , a key tool used in global organizations A supportive and collaborative team culture Practical information 📅 Full-time internship of 5–6 months , starting March/April 2026 📍 Based in Barcelona with a hybrid working model 📄 Internship agreement required (university enrollment mandatory) ❗ This internship is not suitable for a final thesis
