A Day in the Life: Provides administrative support to VP of Manufacturing, Senior Director and Director of HR, which involve a high level of responsibility and detail, including: Managing calendars. Arranging and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements. Generating correspondence and reports. Answering and screening incoming calls and responding in a timely and professional manner. Assists with management of special projects. Acts as a liaison between various departments and levels of the company. Provides assistance with routine inquiries. Uses discretion and acts accordingly in confidential matters related to the department and company in order to maintain the integrity of the company and its employees. Who We’re Looking for:   3-5 years of directly related experience as a secretary or administrative assistant. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; analytical thinking skills; ability to maintain confidentiality of information; networking; project management; responsive approach to tasks.   Proficient in Word and Excel software with 80% accuracy; Outlook; PowerPoint. Typing 50 wpm. Desired:   Strong Executive Assistant experience.
