Our repair department in Hoofddorp is looking for a technician to join our team. You will be working on servicing, repairing, maintaining, and modifying microprocessor based electronic instruments and components. The instruments are medical devices such as blood, urine, milk and water analyzers. A typical assignment involves problem identifying, troubleshooting & problem solving of equipment, using computerized web-based test systems, and recording necessary data digitally. You will also perform a variety of manufacturing tasks such as assembling, cleaning-up, packaging, and inspecting the repaired or refurbished products before they are ready for shipments. This also means frequent moving & lifting instruments (up to 25 kilo) will be expected. You are also welcome to contact us without solid experience in the technical field. For the right candidates, with a strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset, we offer comprehensive internal technical and functional training to help you work independently. After completing the extensive training, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing IDEXX-specific products according to the production plan, engineering documentation, and work instruction. Voor onze reparatieafdeling in Hoofddorp zijn we op zoek naar een technicus die ons team komt versterken. Als reparateur verricht je reparaties en preventief onderhoud aan medische apparatuur (instrumenten) voor bloed-, urine-, melk- en water-analyse. De IDEXX-instrumenten zijn mechatronische systemen die fijnmechanica, elektronica en informatica combineren. Als een instrument defect is, wordt de oorzaak van het probleem opgespoord op basis van eigen kennis en troubleshooting skills, en/of door middel van geavanceerde diagnosesoftware. Na het reinigen en vervangen van de onderdelen wordt het instrument gekalibreerd en grondig getest zodat het weer aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen voldoet. Ook zonder ervaring met analyzers kun je bij ons terecht, wij bieden interne technische en functionele trainingen zodat jij je werk zelfstandig kunt uitvoeren. Na de ruime inwerkperiode heb je kennis van de IDEXX-specifieke producten die je onderhoudt en repareert volgens het productieplan, beschikbare engineering documentatie en werkinstructies. Aangezien we een internationaal bedrijf zijn, zijn alle communicatie en documentatie in Engels. Wij vragen Vmbo-niveau 3-4 of Mbo-techniek werk- en denkniveau Ervaring in fijnmechanische en/of elektronica reparatie is a pre Detail georiënteerd en kwaliteitsgericht Secuur, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht werken Goede beheersing van Engelse taal #LI-SO1
