This is a hybrid role that will require onsite presence approximately 2-3 days per week at any of the following Risk Strategies office locations: New York, NY; Uniondale, NY; Berkeley Heights, NJ; Philadelphia, PA; or Bala Cynwyd, PA. The candidate will join a Team who oversees properties under management by New York’s leading property management firms including a legacy and key client to Risk Strategies/Brown & Brown. Your Impact Maintain strong business relationships with our underwriters/carriers. Successfully market new and renewal coverages. Ability to analyze quotations and determine important differences Preparation of detailed summary/proposal for presentation to the Property Manager and Boards. Attend and participate in Board meetings. Review loss experience and prepare a summary. Meet or exceed all service protocol for our value-added approach to clients. Participate in special projects as required for certain renewals. Maintain full and complete documentation in our document management system. Support the Property Managers in their dialogues with Boards as necessary. Successful Candidate Will Have An active P&C insurance license A full understating and working knowledge of the New York Residential Market specifically luxury condominiums and cooperatives.  Familiarity with insurance carriers, programs and risk purchasing groups who specialize in this niche market. Ability to review contractor’s insurance policies and determine acceptability. Working knowledge of risk transfer protocol for major capital improvements, unit owner and shareholder projects/renovations. Pay Range: $64,800 - $100,000 Annual The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
