The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans. This role involves supporting daily benefits operations, answering employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Benefits Coordinator helps maintain accurate benefits records and provides essential support in the delivery of employee benefits. Your Impact: Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes. Provide support to employees regarding benefits questions and issues. Ensure benefits programs comply with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain and update employee benefits records and documentation. Coordinate with HR and benefits vendors to resolve benefits-related issues. Assist in preparing benefits reports and communicating program updates. Successful Candidates will Have: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration or coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and handle confidential information. Pay Range: - The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
