We offer: Aufgaben Montage von explosionsgeschützten Flurförderzeugen gemäß Aufträgen und Vorgaben. Aufbau mechanischer, elektrischer und hydraulischer Komponenten sowie Baugruppen für den Einsatz in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen gemäß Aufträgen und Vorgaben. Übergabe des vollständigen Auftrags, einschließlich aller relevanten Unterlagen, an den Auftraggeber nach erfolgreicher Fertigstellung. Anwendung von Mess-, Prüf- und Diagnoseverfahren zur Fehleridentifikation. Durchführung von Reparaturen an explosionsgeschützten Komponenten gemäß Kundenaufträgen. Mechanischer Einbau von zugehörigen elektrischen und elektronischen Komponenten. Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen mittels Diagnosesystemen innerhalb des Montagefortschritts. Dokumentation von technischen Daten, wie Messergebnisse und das Ausfüllen von Prüfprotokollen. Tasks and Qualifications: Abgeschlossene mindestens 3-jährige Berufsausbildung im Industriezweig (wünschenswert im Bereich Mechatronik oder Elektronik). Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Flurförderfahrzeuge. Grundkenntnisse in SAP und MS-Office. Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten mit Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit. Teamfähigkeit, insbesondere bei der Lösung technischer Probleme. Eigeninitiative und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
