The Regional Select Leader plays a key leadership role in shaping the client and employee experience within the Select practice. This position partners closely with internal teams, carriers, and clients to ensure consistent delivery, strong relationships, and operational excellence. You will lead and develop a high performing team, drive best practices, and help advance the broader goals of the Select practice while delivering exceptional service to clients. This is a hybrid role with one to three days per week in one of our New England offices. Your Impact: Lead, supervise, and develop the Select service team with a focus on performance, engagement, and professional growth Serve as a subject matter expert across commercial P&C lines of coverage and carrier appetite Partner with leadership to execute Select practice strategy and achieve regional goals Drive consistent use of workflows, systems, and best practices to support effective client management Oversee renewals and client strategy conversations to support retention, account rounding, and cross selling Collaborate with Select business development and carrier partners to align goals and strengthen relationships Manage the transition of new business into the Select practice and balance team capacity Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency Successful Candidate Will Have: Seven or more years of commercial lines client management experience, with leadership experience preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred Extensive knowledge of commercial underwriting, coverage analysis, and carrier relationships Active P&C license Industry designations such as CIC or ARM preferred Experience with agency management systems, including AMS three sixty or Work Smart preferred Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members About Us: Risk Strategies is the 9th largest privately held U.S. brokerage firm offering comprehensive risk management advice, insurance and reinsurance placement for property & casualty, employee benefits, private client services, as well as consulting services and financial & wealth solutions.
