Nous recherchons pour la rentrée scolaire 2026 un.e apprenti.e Assistant.e de Direction. We offer: Rattaché.e au Directeur d’Usine, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l’Assistante de Direction, vos principales missions seront les suivantes : Être un véritable partenaire organisationnel en assurant la gestion proactive et optimisée de l’agenda du Directeur d’Usine Gérer les interactions internes et externes, en filtrant les appels et en facilitant la circulation des informations stratégiques Coordonner les déplacements professionnels, en France et à l’international du Directeur d'Usine (réservations, logistique, optimisation des coûts) Participer à l’organisation logistique des réunions, comités et séminaires, en garantissant une préparation fluide et efficace Contribuer activement à l’organisation d’événements internes et à la dynamique du site Assurer l’accueil des visiteurs et partenaires en incarnant l’image professionnelle de l’usine Participer au suivi et à la gestion du budget du service, avec un souci constant d’optimisation Vous serez pleinement intégré.e aux projets stratégiques du site : Participation à l’organisation, au suivi et à la coordination des projets transverses de l’usine Participation à la préparation des supports de pilotage (reporting, présentations, indicateurs) Implication dans l’amélioration continue des process administratifs et organisationnels Développement et animation de la communication interne du site (supports, actualités, valorisation des initiatives) Ces missions pourront évoluer en fonction des projets en cours et de l’activité du service. Tasks and Qualifications: Vous préparez une formation Bac+2 Assistant Support à l’Action Managériale ou Assistant de Direction. Vous êtes reconnu.e pour : Votre rigueur, votre sérieux et votre capacité d’analyse. Votre discrétion et votre sens aigu de la confidentialité Votre excellent relationnel et votre aisance à communiquer avec des interlocueurs variés Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques notamment Word, Excel et Powerpoint. Vous avez également une appétence pour les langues étrangères. Un bon niveau d’anglais est recommandé pour ce poste afin d’évoluer dans un environnement international et interagir avec les équipes du groupe KION.
