Master Data Management Administrator will be part of Master Data Management Team responsible for creation and maintenance of customer, supplier, financial and material (FICO views) master data in KION Business Services. We offer: Possibility to participate in building Financial structures in Kraków Online recruitment process Hybrid work & Flexible Working Hours Private medical care in LuxMed Group 4 hours off work per year for health check-ups ("Dzień na U") MyBenefit Cafeteria Platform (with Multisport card available) Group Life Insurance Employee referral program Professional training & courses Sharing the costs of foreign language courses No dress code Possibility of growth inside an organization Tasks and Qualifications: Your Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day Master Data Management activities across a virtual global organization (Customers, Suppliers, GLs) Direct contact with Suppliers to confirm general data Support MDM team to define the architecture of the data to be managed globally Ensure business requirements are adequately covered Provide quality checks Support users with master data inquiries and resolving issues Actively participate in Business Transformation Project – S4Hana implementation ( validation of data upload files, data cleansing etc.), participate in the system test Collaborate with Global Process Organization, Local Businesses as well as other departments within Centre of Excellence Make regular updates of process documentation in case of changes Take part in performance measurement exercises Support improvements and standardization Respond to supervisor’s questions/tasks in a timely manner Your Skills and Expertise: Experience in a similar position French at C1 level Minimum English at B2 level Good knowledge of SAP master data (MM, PTP, OTC), S4Hana would be an advantage Minimum Excel knowledge at intermediate level (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) Analytical skills and attention to details Ability to work within an European virtual team Ability to initiate new solutions and build positive relationships with the stakeholders You demonstrate KION Core Values of Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration and Courage If you have any questions - feel free to contact us at rekrutacja.krakow@kiongroup.com Apply for the role and join us!
