Dokumentation der eingehenden Servicefälle inkl. Lösungsbeschreibung Detaillierte Beschreibung von technischen Konzepten und Change Request sowie die Anpassung von Prozesse im SAP WM / EWM Umfeld Kundenbesuche, um mit ihnen an System – und Prozessverbesserungen zu arbeiten  Sie betreuen und unterstützen die Projektphasen Test, Inbetriebnahme, Go-Live und Ramp-Up im In- und Ausland. Sie besuchen unsere Kunden vor Ort und machen sich und ggf. auch Ihre Kollegen mit den Systemen vertraut, erstellen Schulungsunterlagen und führen Kundenschulungen durch Deine Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine Ausbildung mit entsprechendem Hintergrund Erste oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice / Lagerwirtschaft / SAP Gute Prozesskenntnisse in den SAP Modulen SAP WM / EWM/MFS oder vergleichbaren WMS-Lösungen Praktische Erfahrung mit automatisierten Lagerprozessen, sowie ein gutes Verständnis dieser sind vorteilhaft Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Service- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise, sowie ein souveränes und freundliches Auftreten
