Our Opportunity: The   Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, entails owning the P&L for Tim Hortons & Firehouse Subs across International (EMEA, APAC, LAC) business (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) and leading the way for integration of new businesses within the segment through workplan design, cross-function collaboration, technical foresight, and strategic decision-making.   They should   identify   opportunities in the business and work with internal and external stakeholders to materialize solutions.   In addition, the position works with other functions within the organization, including   the Global   Finance, Global Tax and Accounting teams, franchising, profitability, and Franchise Partners. The FP&A Manager reports directly to the Director, FP&A, International.   RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week. Your Role   and   Responsibilities: Own and monitor International Tim Hortons & Firehouse Subs P&L to provide visibility and insights to the Emerging Brands leadership team and ensure   accurate   financial reporting.   Lead the development of the budget through a partnership with the Emerging Brands Marketing and Development teams, on an annual basis, full-year forecast, as well as monthly & quarterly.   Analyze variances between actuals, budgets, forecasts, and prior year performance, delivering insights to senior stakeholders.   Work closely with Global Finance and Development teams, Global Tax and Accounting teams, Emerging Brands Development, Profitability, Field   teams   and Franchisee Partners to align financial   objectives   with overall company goals.   Lead financial and business system integration projects independently.   Evaluate and provide financial modeling support for regional commercial deals, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.   Your skills   and  e xperience: Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or business faculty.   4-6 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, or   a related   field.   Previous   experience in Investment Banking,   Accounting   or Audit will be an advantage.   Excellent knowledge of Excel,   previous   experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Power   BI   and SAP Hana will be an asset.   Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Any   additional   language will be an advantage.   Ability to develop financial models and   consolidate   financial statements. Understanding US GAAP is an advantage.   Strong understanding of financial and business processes and controls.   Comfortable with communicating with senior management and cross-functional leads.   Eligible to work in Switzerland without work permit sponsorship .   Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
