Job Summary:  The position is responsible for developing strategies and processes that support training initiatives for the company-owned restaurants.   The position is also responsible for supporting field operations teams with relevant tools and strategies to elevate sales, profitability and standards.   Responsible for creating, designing, and executing the training and development plan for Field Training Managers.   Conducts onsite visits in the field and provides coaching and personal instruction to improve areas of opportunity in the restaurants. The position is also responsible for the implementation of any training software required in the local regions. Allocates work as a team leader; may check on completion/quality. Roles & Responsibilities: Oversees the training curriculum program for restaurant managers Responsible for delivering consistent reports that track training completion and compliance to business leaders Responsible for reviewing, enhancing and rolling out training seminars and presentations to field employees Responsible for working with Field Training Managers and field leadership to enhance overall restaurant operational adherence Conducts frequent reviews of training curriculums and completes enhancements when needed Manages Field Training Managers and ensures consistency as it relates to training processes and programs Partners with RSC based Field Training team to align on initiatives, curriculum, infrastructure and systems Visits restaurants to review restaurant performance and make recommendations based on operational or training opportunities Implements tools and systems in the restaurants to help improve the restaurants’ operations Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Knowledge of company restaurant systems Skilled in managing multiple priorities and projects; skilled in interacting effectively under difficult circumstances and tight deadlines Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, whether orally or in writing 4 to 6 years previous experience #popeyes Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
