Propósito del Puesto El/la Gerente País es responsable de liderar la estrategia, el crecimiento sostenible y la excelencia operativa de la compañía en Nicaragua. Su propósito fundamental es impulsar el desarrollo integral de la organización , fortaleciendo el compromiso con clientes, personas colaboradoras y demás partes interesadas, garantizando al mismo tiempo un desempeño comercial rentable, una mayor participación de mercado y el cumplimiento de las directrices corporativas . Requisitos Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Administración. Maestría en Administración de Empresas o similar Experiencia en mercadeo y venta de productos técnicos en la construcción, carreteras, industria, agroindustria y sector agro, en empresas multinacionales, con conocimiento de mercado y canales de distribución Más de   5 años de experiencia, liderando equipos comerciales o puestos similares Conocimientos Técnicos Manejo avanzado del idioma inglé s  Se requieren fuertes habilidades técnicas, analíticas, de negociación y de influencia. Excelentes habilidades comunicativas tanto verbales como escritas.
