Our Opportunity: We are looking for a Burger King Netherlands - Field Profitability Manager  to strengthen and support our franchise network in the Netherlands. In this fully remote role , you will ensure that our 70 franchised restaurants deliver consistently high standards of operations , hospitality, and brand experience . Alongside operational responsibilities , you will support franchise partners, and reinforce Burger King’s market position. This role is ideal for a hands-on, commercially minded leader with proven multi-unit management experience and the ability to coach, influence, and inspire franchise partners. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of renewal. The employment agreement for this role will be issued by an external third-party vendor. Your roles & responsibilities: Hands-On Labor Optimization Work directly with restaurant managers to build, review, and adjust weekly labor schedules based on sales forecasts, traffic patterns, and productivity targets. In-Restaurant Operational Improvement Identify inefficiencies in staffing, task allocation, and shift structure that impact labor cost and throughput, implementing practical, immediately actionable improvements together with restaurant teams. Sales & Throughput Enablement Identify and address operational constraints that limit sales, such as bottlenecks, slow service, or poor station coverage. Coaching & Accountability Challenge existing habits and drive adoption of best practices in scheduling and deployment. Performance Tracking & Follow-Up Translate performance data into clear weekly action plans for each restaurant. Your skills & experience: At least bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience managing multi-unit restaurants within the Quick Service Restaurant industry. Demonstrated experience with P&L management, financial analysis, and driving business results. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; ability to work cross-functionally both internally and externally. Proven ability to coach, influence, and build strong partnerships with franchise operators. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability. Fluent in Dutch and English (written & spoken). Willingness to travel frequently within the Netherlands, with quarterly business trips to Switzerland.
