Job Description Hybrid For this position, it is required to be on site 3x/week . What you will do (Responsibilities): Ejecutar los procesos administrativos de venta de vehículos usados dentro del área de CVO. Asegurar la consolidación y aplicación de pagos antes del cierre de mes. Gestionar la baja de unidades vendidas de flota en los sistemas correspondientes. Realizar seguimiento y control del proceso de movilización de unidades. Garantizar la entrega física y documental de vehículos usados vendidos. Monitorear y gestionar inventarios FGI, Ecvms y VIC. Ejecutar procesos de destrucción de unidades con destino scrap. Implementar y mejorar dashboards en Power BI para control operativo. Contribuir al cumplimiento de objetivos de eficiencia de costos, servicio al cliente y requisitos impositivos. Participar en proyectos de mejora, implementación de nuevas políticas y optimización de procesos del área. Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications): Título universitario o equivalente en carreras afines (Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Contabilidad, etc.). Experiencia en gestión de flotas, inventarios, presupuestos y procesos administrativos. Conocimiento técnico automotriz básico/intermedio. Dominio de herramientas informáticas y capacidad para trabajar con reportes y sistemas operativos. Habilidades para coordinar actividades y colaborar con equipos internos y proveedores externos. What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications): Inglés intermedio avanzado. Experiencia previa en áreas de CVO, Remarketing, Fleet o similares. Experiencia construyendo dashboards o indicadores operativos (Power BI deseable). Conocimiento de procesos impositivos, facturación y control documental en el sector automotriz. Participación previa en iniciativas de mejora continua o implementación de nuevos procesos. &#xa;&#xa;GM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
