Job Description Colaborando en desafíos de innovación, interactuando con líderes de la industria, asistiendo a eventos de redes multifuncionales y siendo voluntario para actividades de servicio comunitario. En Sitio:   Esta posición requiere   asistir   presencial en sitio. Responsable   de: Colaborar con los diferentes departamentos para desarrollar y ejecutar proyectos de mejora continua, utilizando herramientas y metodologías de ingeniería. Participar en la optimización de procesos actuales, identificando oportunidades de eficiencia y estandarización Contribuir en el desarrollo de formatos, metodologías y tecnologías actualizadas que impulsen la innovación en la planta.  Realizar seguimiento a proyectos asignados.  Dar soporte en actividades operativas o ingenieriles que faciliten el cumplimiento de los objetivos del área. Requisitos:   Ser un estudiante activo de formación académica superior (semestre o cuatrimestre) Graduación  Enero 2027 o posterior   Contar con un nivel   intermedio   conversacional   de   inglé s   Seguro facultativo vigente   Carrera:   Ingeniería  Mecatrónica, Mecánica, en Sistemas, Industrial o afín.    Experiencia deseable:     Paquetería Office "GM no proporciona soporte ni patrocinio para trámites de documentos legales con fines inmigración.
