Job Title: Lead Program Manager Job Description We are hiring a Lead Program Manager to drive execution across Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Engineering within the Global Product Organization (GPO). This role will partner closely with engineering, architecture, security, SRE, IT, and cloud teams to deliver foundational platform capabilities that enable product teams to move faster - securely and reliably.   Key responsibilities Own delivery of a portfolio of Cloud Infra and Platform Engineering initiatives (roadmaps, milestones, outcomes). Build and maintain integrated plans across teams; actively manage dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions. Establish and run effective operating rhythms (planning cadences, status reporting, governance forums, exec readouts). Drive cross-functional alignment with partners such as Security, SRE, Cloud, IT, Legal, and Finance/Procurement as needed. Ensure clear definition of scope, success metrics, timelines, and accountability for major initiatives. Identify bottlenecks and lead process/operating model improvements (intake, prioritization, change control, release readiness). Improve visibility and execution rigor through dashboards, metrics, and standardized reporting. Facilitate decision-making and escalation, ensuring timely resolution of trade-offs and conflicts. Support incident/post-incident action tracking and continuous improvement for platform reliability and delivery practices. Qualifications 7+ years of program management / technical program management experience, ideally in Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE environments. Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies and executive stakeholders. Strong understanding of cloud and platform concepts Proven ability to drive process improvement and change management in complex engineering organizations. Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical detail into clear executive updates and drive crisp decision-making. Strong organizational skills: planning, prioritization, and managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with distributed teams and influencing without direct authority. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (technical degree preferred).
