What You'll Be Doing: Handle inbound calls with professionalism, providing solutions for credit/debit card queries. Listen actively, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions. Maintain detailed records of interactions and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to help others. Proficiency with computer systems, with a readiness to learn. Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
