Start date : ASAP Location : Work from Office, Raiņa bulvāris 11, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia Working hours : Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 Salary : range may vary depending on skills and experience between 1300-1500 EUR/gross month   As our colleague, you  will provide end-user support for desktops, networks, telephony, and applications. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing systems. Serve as an escalation point to resolve tickets/incidents per SLAs. Key Responsibilities: Manage and troubleshoot desktop, network, server, and voice infrastructure. Support local servers and network devices with remote team assistance. Expertise in hardware/software troubleshooting for Windows 11, MS Office, and various IT peripherals. Handle IT support operations and service delivery, including shift management. Ensure compliance with COPC, ISO 27001, and 100% contract compliance. Participate in BCP testing, change request raising, and encryption software installation. Work primarily during standard business hours with occasional out-of-hours work as needed. Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct report   Qualifications: 1+ years in desktop/laptop support in a Windows PC/LAN environment. Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science; MCSE preferred. have excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in ITIL framework and ticket resolution using Remedy. Flexibility for overtime work as needed. Fluency in Latvian and English are required.
