We are on the lookout for a seasoned Dynamics Finance and Operations and AX Solution Architect who possesses a strong technical acumen and functional expertise in Dynamics F&O (cloud) and AX (on-premises). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the design, development, and optimization of Dynamics F&O deployments, as well as facilitating smooth migration and modernization to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). The candidate required fluent Italian Qualifications: Proven track record in Dynamics AX engineering, architecture, or similar roles. Extensive experience in the technical and functional aspects of Dynamics F&O/AX. Strong proficiency in X++ development, including customization and extension of Dynamics F&O/AX functionalities. Demonstrated expertise in implementations and the management of ERP software, including integration with third-party systems. D365 F&O or AX technical and functional certifications. Ability to create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and ERP process instructions. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and fostering productive collaboration. Required Skill Set: Experience with Finance and Supply Chain Management. In-depth proficiency in Dynamics AX, encompassing both technical and functional aspects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions. Experience in system integration and interfacing with third-party systems. Understanding of ERP system architecture and best practices. Experience in delivering technical or functional training and knowledge transfer sessions. Familiarity with ERP software beyond Microsoft Dynamics F&O/AX (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.. Technical Skills: Mandatory Proficiency in Dynamics F&O/AX development and customization using X++. Strong understanding of Dynamics F&O/AX architecture and data model. Experience in Dynamics F&O/AX migration and modernization projects. Knowledge of system integration and interfacing techniques. Understanding of ERP system administration and best practices. Experience with version control systems and development tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub). Proficiency in documenting technical designs and system configurations. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Understanding of cloud technologies and their implications for ERP systems. F&O/AX setup and configuration experience.
