This role involves designing recruitment plans that align with our goals and enhancing the candidate experience throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop recruiting strategies tailored for the CEE/Nordic market, aligned with Concentrix’s global objectives. Policy Development: Influence policies to enhance operational efficiency and align with both global and local business strategies. Efficient Recruitment Management: Lead a regional team to ensure candidate selection meets our high standards, maintaining our reputation. Data-Driven Insights: Use data and AI to analyze recruitment metrics, guiding regional decision-making. Diversity Recruitment: Boost our diversity strategy by building relationships with local recruitment partners. Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with local regulations and maintain accurate records. Brand Promotion: Act as a Concentrix ambassador, upholding our ethical standards and values. Your Profile: Regional Hiring Expertise: Strong experience in high volume /fast paced recruitment across various sectors in the CEE region. Strategic Planning: Proven track record in creating and executing recruitment plans aligned with our transformation vision. Leadership Collaboration: Ability to work with executive leadership and collaborate effectively within our innovative framework. Team Management: Experience in leading regional teams, fostering a culture aligned with our solutions. Legislative Knowledge: Familiarity with CEE employment legislation to enhance our operations. Technical Skills: Proficient in Workday and Microsoft Office. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret recruiting metrics to improve retention and quality of hire.
