We are seeking a Business Analyst, responsible for actively requesting and analyzing client requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner to ensure the project team can develop solutions that meet their needs, as well as establishing and maintaining agreements between the customer and team on requirements for the deliverables. The successful candidate will have expertise in SQL, Microsoft Office, VISIO, Adobe, MS Project, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Responsibilities: Collaborate with multiple teams to gather project scope and transform it into technical details for developers. Utilize intermediate to advanced MYSQL skills for data analysis and reporting. Create and manage detailed project documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, VISIO, Adobe, and MS Project. Communicate effectively in advanced English with stakeholders and team members. Organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Apply knowledge of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle to ensure project alignment and success. Qualifications: 3-5 years as a Business Analyst.  Proficient in MYSQL and experienced with personal computers and software applications such as Microsoft Office, VISIO, Adobe, and MS Project. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Familiar with Agile methodologies and practices. A detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
