Vous aurez pour missions de : Accompagner prospects et clients dans la résolution de problèmes ou pour fournir des renseignements. Contribuer activement à promouvoir notre image de marque et à développer la satisfaction client. Gérer efficacement les réclamations. Être un ambassadeur de la satisfaction client ! Maîtrisent les outils digitaux et font preuve d'une curiosité naturelle pour adopter de nouvelles technologies. Une disponibilité du lundi au dimanche sur une amplitude horaire de 24h/24. Notre processus de recrutement 1. Préqualification téléphonique (15 minutes) : une première discussion avec un membre de l'équipe recrutement pour valider les prérequis du poste. En présentiel : 2. Entretien individuel avec un membre de l'équipe recrutement 3. Test de français (45 minutes) : évaluation de vos compétences linguistiques. 4.
