We are seeking a Senior MECM (SCCM) / Intune Customer Engineer to act as a technical advisor and consultant for enterprise customers. This role involves designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting large-scale endpoint management environments (20K–50K endpoints). Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, upgrade, and maintain MECM/SCCM infrastructure Assess environment health, performance tuning, and troubleshooting Support Software Updates and Task Sequences Implement and manage SCCM Co-Management with Intune Assist with reporting (SSRS/Power BI) Provide customer training and technical guidance Manage Office deployment and policies across Windows, macOS, Web, and Mobile. Required Experience 15+ years of deep expertise in MECM/SCCM Experience in large and complex enterprise environments Strong consulting and customer-facing experience Ability to present to technical and leadership stakeholders. Technical Skills Infrastructure design, deployment, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting Windows Desktop/Server Management Windows OS Upgrades Software Updates & Distribution Compliance & Security Intune & Co-Management SQL Server SSRS / Power BI PowerShell scripting Active Directory, DNS, IIS, Certificates Network troubleshooting This is a senior-level, customer-facing role requiring strong technical depth and enterprise-scale experience.
