This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE  As an Inside Sales Rep, you’ll: Receive inbound calls from customers inquiring about their services; will identify their specific needs and provide information on subscription services that offer the most value to them Upsell subscription services as they apply to customer needs and meet sales targets Website navigation/referring them to published materials, secondary sources. Assistance with the GPS Navigating system. Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
