Job Title: Kundenberater im gigantischen Möbelunternehmen Job Description Aufgabenbereich Sicherstellung, dass die erbrachten Support-Dienstleistungen den vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) entsprechen. Klärung der Kundenanforderungen, gezieltes Hinterfragen des Verständnisses und Nutzung von Entscheidungshilfsmitteln und Ressourcen, um nicht-standardisierte oder unstrukturierte Kundenanliegen zu lösen, die eine tiefere Klärung oder konzeptionelles Denken erfordern. Aktives Zuhören der Kundenbedürfnisse und -anliegen, Empathie zeigen und gleichzeitig die Gelegenheit nutzen, eine positive Beziehung zum Kunden aufzubauen. Höfliche, freundliche und professionelle Begrüßung der Kunden gemäß den Callcenter-Verfahren und -Richtlinien. Kontinuierliche Pflege eines umfassenden Wissens über die Produkte und/oder Dienstleistungen des Kunden, um den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten. Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und präzisen Dokumentation aller Interaktionen, einschließlich der ordnungsgemäßen Erfassung von Kontoinformationen in den Systemen. Teilnahme an Initiativen zur Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Optimierung der Support-Leistung. Pflege eines umfassenden Wissens über Produkte und/oder Services des Auftraggebers Dein Profil Höflichkeit und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung. Geduld in allen Kundensituationen sowie ein stets freundlicher und professioneller Ton Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem (Rotationsschichten) Je nach Standort und/oder Projekt können zusätzliche Qualifikationen oder Erfahrungen erforderlich sein Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Computersystemen, Support-Software und MS Office.
