Job Title: Operations Manager, I Job Description Concentrix is a technology-enabled global business services company specializing in customer engagement and improving business performance. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day content moderation operations, ensuring efficient and effective review of online content - Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements - Lead and motivate a team of content moderators, providing coaching, training, and feedback to enhance performance - Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround time - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including policy, training, and technology, to drive business outcomes - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements - Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in content moderation, preferably in a leadership role - Experience with content moderation platforms and tools, exposure to NCMEC, CSAM and other egregious content - Proven track record of improving efficiency, quality, and compliance - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines - Technical knowledge with Good English communication - sentence construction, grammar, punctuation etc Nice to Have: - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as GDPR or CCPA - Certification in content moderation or a related field Disclaimer:- 'Neither Concentrix nor any authorized 3rd party who assist with our recruitment process, ever ask candidates for ‘recruitment’, ‘processing’ or any other kind of fees in exchange for offer letters from Concentrix.
