Job Title: Senior Teamleider (locatie keuze vestiging Highway of Jaggernath Lachmonstraat) Job Description The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability. Hoe zorg jij ervoor dat je elke dag op een leuke manier samen met je team je teamdoelen bereikt? Functie eisen Je bent een echte People person, je werkt vanuit kennis en kunde en niet vanuit hiërarchie! Je bent hierin een voorbeeld voor je teamleden.
