Job Title: Gestionnaire de comptes clients international(H/F) Job Description Concentrix Payment Services est un Etablissement de Paiement agréé qui fait partie des Fintech les plus performantes du marché. Dédié à la gestion des paiements et du crédit management, Concentrix Payment Services accompagne ses clients internationaux depuis 1984. Dans un contexte international, au sein de l'équipe Gestion de créances composée de 10 personnes, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) administratif(ve) en CDD. Les missions principales confiées sont les suivantes : Suivre les impayés et effectuer les relances nécessaires selon les procédures (mail et téléphone) Assurer la gestion administrative associée aux comptes clients (suivi des comptes, lettrage, suivi des litiges...) Réaliser un premier niveau d'analyse financière et de la solvabilité de nos clients Trouver des solutions adaptées de réglement en négociant avec les clients Gérer et suivre les plans de paiement Profil recherché Bon niveau en italien et/ou anglais requis (lu, écrit, parlé) Diplômé(e) d'une formation en Finance/Comptabilité/Commerce/Gestion ou équivalent Une expérience en Credit Management/Recouvrement ou comptabilité client serait appréciée Maîtrise du Pack Office (Word, Excel) et des outils informatiques requise Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, avec de bonnes capacités relationnelles et aimant le travail en équipe Informations liées au poste CDD temps plein d'une durée de 6 mois renouvelable à pourvoir dès que possible Acquisition de RTT Basé à La Motte-Servolex (Savoie) Rémunération selon profil + 13e mois + Tickets restaurants + Mutuelle avantageuse + Plan d'Epargne Entreprise Location: FRA La Motte Servolex - 450 rue Felix Esclangon - 73291 La Motte Servolex Language Requirements: English Time Type: Full time2025-12-31 If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents
