We help well-known brands — the ones you use every day — improve their businesses with technology and integrated solutions, in over 70 countries .     If   you’re   looking to grow and be inspired, as a Field Service Engineer in Barcelona ( hybrid ), you will be part of our team of   g ame-changers   who are powering the brands of the future in tech.   What you will do in this role       - Deliver on-site service via work orders: install, commission,   maintain , and repair customer equipment   - Provide remote technical support and manage complex escalations, including L1 analysis and advanced troubleshooting   - Handle multiple escalations in parallel, meeting SLA targets and minimizing upward escalation   - Document service activities, produce technical reports, and train customers on operation and basic maintenance   - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards   - Communicate service delivery in English ( additional   languages a plus)   - Demonstrate flexibility to travel extensively across Spain and France for field work (expenses covered) Concentrix is a great match if you have:      - A native or proficient level in English. Spanish would be a big plus! - A valid driving license - Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams; solid knowledge of electrical and electronic systems   - Strong hands-on technical skills with high attention to detail and an engineering mindset   - Ability to analyze complex machine behavior, understand subsystem interactions, and develop advanced troubleshooting solutions   - Experience supporting installations, site preparation, and complex systems (mechanical, electrical, water)   - Proven background in field service, maintenance, or technical support within electromechanical or industrial environments   - Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and remote diagnostics skills, with high productivity and low re-escalation rates   - Solid business and operational awareness, including KPI understanding, responsible parts usage, and work order optimization   - Ability to propose process improvements, workflow enhancements, and efficiency gains   - Strong customer-facing and communication skills, able to manage critical situations through full resolution   - Collaborative, growth-oriented team player who actively contributes to technical forums and meetings   What’s in it for you    - Full time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday  from 9:00 to 18:00 - Base salary 27.000 euros gross/year + up to 4.000 euros gross/year in bonus -  Great location  in Barcelona   - Full paid training on the company and the project  you'll  be working on    - Career development programs and specialized courses    Experience the best version of you!    If all this feels like the perfect next step in your career journey, we want to hear from you.
