Job Title: Product Manager - iX Hello Knowledge Platform Job Description Build the Intelligence Layer Powering Enterprise AI Concentrix is seeking a Product Manager to lead iX Hello Knowledge, our enterprise RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) platform that serves as the intelligence foundation for our AI product suite. If you've built AI products that depend on accurate, scalable knowledge retrieval and understand the challenges of managing data at enterprise scale, this role is for you. About the Role You'll own the product strategy for our knowledge platform that powers intelligent responses across our conversational AI, automation, and analytics products. iX Hello Knowledge uses RAG technology to retrieve and synthesize information from diverse enterprise data sources, enabling our products to provide accurate, contextual answers grounded in each customer's unique knowledge base. This is a true platform product role. Your customers are both internal product teams who depend on Knowledge to power their features, and enterprise clients whose data quality and retrieval accuracy directly impact their end-user experience. Success requires balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders while maintaining performance, reliability, and security at scale. What You'll Do Platform Product Strategy Define the product roadmap for our RAG platform, focusing on retrieval accuracy, data ingestion capabilities, and API performance Balance competing priorities from internal product teams while ensuring the platform serves broader enterprise customer needs Evaluate emerging RAG architectures, embedding models, and vector database technologies to keep our platform competitive Establish success metrics that reflect both platform health and downstream product impact Cross-Product Collaboration You'll work closely with product managers from our conversational AI, automation, and analytics teams to: Understand their knowledge retrieval requirements and translate them into platform capabilities Coordinate releases and ensure backward compatibility across dependent products Design APIs and integration patterns that enable other products to leverage Knowledge effectively Gather feedback on platform performance and prioritize improvements based on cross-product impact Enterprise Customer Focus Lead technical discovery sessions to understand enterprise data landscapes, security requirements, and integration constraints Define data ingestion workflows for diverse sources: knowledge bases, documentation repositories, CRM systems, and proprietary databases Work with customer technical teams on data preparation, chunking strategies, and retrieval optimization Monitor platform usage patterns and retrieval quality metrics to drive continuous improvement Technical Product Ownership Write detailed technical specifications for data ingestion pipelines, embedding workflows, and retrieval APIs Partner with engineering on architecture decisions related to vector databases, embedding models, and search algorithms Manage platform scalability and performance as data volumes and query loads increase Ensure robust security, compliance, and data governance capabilities for enterprise requirements What We're Looking For Required Background Product Management Experience: 2-4 years in B2B/enterprise software product management with experience launching and iterating on product features AI/ML Product Experience: Hands-on experience with AI products, particularly those involving RAG, knowledge retrieval, embeddings, or NLP technologies Enterprise Software: Understanding of enterprise software requirements including security, compliance, data governance, and integration complexity Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical concepts, write specifications, and engage in detailed technical discussions with engineering teams Platform Thinking: Experience building products that serve as platforms for other products or internal customers Strongly Preferred RAG/Vector Search Experience: Direct experience with RAG systems, vector databases, embedding models, or semantic search technologies Data Pipeline Knowledge: Understanding of data ingestion, ETL processes, and data quality management API Product Experience: Experience designing and managing API products with multiple consumers Enterprise Integration: Knowledge of common enterprise data sources (Salesforce, SharePoint, ServiceNow, etc.) and integration patterns Technical Knowledge RAG Fundamentals: Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation, embedding models, and vector search principles Data Architecture: Familiarity with data storage solutions, indexing strategies, and query optimization API Design: Knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and platform integration patterns Cloud Infrastructure: Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and scalability considerations AI/ML Concepts: Awareness of model evaluation, prompt engineering, and AI system reliability Product Skills Stakeholder Management: Ability to balance needs of internal product teams, engineering, and external enterprise customers Technical Communication: Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences from developers to business executives Requirements Definition: Experience writing clear, detailed technical requirements and user stories Data-Driven Decisions: Comfortable
