Job Title: Specialist të Logjistikës dhe objektit (Facility Specialist)- Durrës Job Description Concentrix Albania is recruiting for our amazing new site in Durrës, a Facility Specialist.   The Facility Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operation, safety, maintenance, and compliance of company facilities. The role ensures that workplaces are safe, operational, compliant with local regulations and company standards, and ready to support business continuity and growth. +++Please share with us your CV in English+++ Key Responsibilities 1. Facility Operations & Maintenance ● Oversee daily facility operations across offices and sites. ● Conduct regular inspections of buildings, workspaces, and shared areas. ● Monitor and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities. ● Ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, elevators, and building systems are functioning properly. ● Follow up on maintenance tickets and ensure timely resolution. ● Maintain facility readiness for audits, client visits, and operations. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) ● Enforce company HSE policies and local regulatory requirements. ● Conduct daily/weekly safety checks and report hazards. ● Coordinate and support fire drills, emergency evacuations, and safety trainings. ● Ensure proper signage, emergency exits, fire systems, and safety equipment are in place and operational. ● Support ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) through documentation, inspections, and corrective actions. ● Promote cleanliness, proper storage, and safe working practices. Low-Current & Security Systems ● Monitor and support low-current systems including: ○ CCTV ○ Access control systems ○ Fire alarm systems ○ BMS and monitoring systems ● Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades. ● Ensure physical security measures are operational and compliant. ● Support incident investigations related to facilities or security. Vendor & Landlord Coordination ● Coordinate with approved service providers for maintenance and technical support. ● Supervise vendor work on-site and ensure compliance with safety and scope. ● Liaise with landlords and building management for facility-related issues. ● Ensure contractors follow work permit rules and site safety requirements. ● Validate work completion and escalate issues when needed. Documentation & Reporting ● Maintain accurate records for: ○ Maintenance logs ○ Safety inspections ○ Incident reports ○ Compliance documents ○ Asset and facility records ● Prepare reports on facility status, risks, and improvements. ● Support internal and external audits by providing required evidence and documentation. Support for Expansions & Projects ● Support site expansions, refurbishments, and relocations from a facility readiness perspective. ● Assist with workspace setup, power readiness, cabling coordination, and layout compliance. ● Ensure new areas meet company standards before go-live. ● Coordinate shutdowns, access, and safety during project execution. Business Continuity Support ● Support power redundancy, generator readiness, and emergency response plans. ● Participate in incident response related to facilities (power, water leaks, access issues). ● Ensure critical areas (server rooms, electrical rooms) are protected and maintained. Required Skills & Competencies ● Strong understanding of facility operations and building systems ● Knowledge of HSE standards and workplace safety ● Experience with low-current and physical security systems, Autocad ● Strong follow-up, documentation, and reporting skills ● Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites/tasks ● Strong coordination and communication skills ● Practical, hands-on problem-solving mindset ● Economic and financial management skills: Plan, draft, and manage the budget for critical infrastructures, monitor operational (OPEX) and investment (CAPEX) costs, analyze budget variances and implement corrective actions. ●  On-site presence and Availability to travel between the Tirana and Durrës offices as required by business needs.
