Your natural talent to help others and go beyond WOW for our customers will fit right in with what we do and who we are.    Concentrix is a great match if you:     - Are proficient or bilingual in German and advanced English  - Proven experience in a business development, telemarketing, inside sales, or call center environment, ideally within the IT or B2B sector  - Strong hunter mentality with a drive to prospect, overcome objections, and open doors  - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage decision-makers professionally  - Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and emails daily  - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, MSD, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)  - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment  - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  - Resilient, goal-oriented, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.  Don’t meet every requirement?
