Job Title: Digital Ads Account Manager Job Description As part of Concentrix’s global B2B network, our team in Athens helps top brands accelerate their digital sales and customer-success strategies. Leveraging smart technology, data-powered insights, and a talented local team, we support businesses in scaling efficiently and unlocking new growth We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team and support advertisers on a leading global search and digital advertising platform . In this role, you’ll combine consultative selling, digital marketing expertise, and relationship management to help clients achieve their business goals. You’ll work with both direct advertisers and agencies to grow relationships, maximize campaign performance, and drive adoption across a major technology company’s network , including search engines, professional networking sites, and video and display platforms. You will Build and nurture relationships with both direct advertisers and agency partners. Advise clients on advertising strategies and help them achieve their business goals. Set up, manage, and optimize digital campaigns, track performance and drive results. Identify growth opportunities within accounts and recommend tailored solutions. Support new and existing partners, guiding them through campaigns and providing actionable insights. Stay up to date on industry trends to ensure clients benefit from the latest advertising solutions You Have Fluency in English, German, Italian, French, or Spanish One year of experience in account management, with a proven track record of client engagement and revenue growth. One year of experience in digital advertising, including campaign strategy and performance analysis. Experience working with advertising agencies, including outreach, discovery, and strategic account support (advantageous but not essential). Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365. You will get Permanent contract — stability and security from day one.
