About the Role   As a   Senior Program Manager   within the   Core Services   team supporting the   Concentrix ix-Product Suite , you will   be responsible for   coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of programs that enable our global product ecosystem.   You will work closely with engineering, product management, architecture, IT, and support teams to drive planning, execution, and reporting activities across multiple Agile delivery streams. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, program delivery   expertise , and operational discipline to ensure consistent execution and alignment with organizational   objectives .   Essential   Responsibilities   Coordinate delivery activities across multiple Agile teams, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and outcomes are effectively tracked and reported.   Collaborate with cross-functional   teams   (Product, Architecture, IT, Support, and others ) to   ide ntify   risks, resolve dependencies,   and   mai ntain   alignment across all delivery streams.   Ensure consistent governance and adherence to SDLC and Agile standards across delivery teams.   Facilitate Agile ceremonies and   maintain   effective communication between development teams and   external   stakeholders.   Manage program scope, risks, and changes throughout the delivery lifecycle.   Prepare program-level plans and provide ongoing reporting on milestones, KPIs, and   delivery   health through regular status updates and executive summaries.   Drive program retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams.   Identify   opportunities to enhance planning, execution, and delivery practices, supporting continuous improvement across the organization.   Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.   Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment,   demonstrating   teamwork, innovation, and excellence.   Maintain professional development to stay current with emerging technologies, methods, and best practices.   Assist Product Owners as needed in defining and reprioritizing program-level backlog items.     Skills and Experience   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or   a related   field.   Minimum 7 years of experience in Agile Program Management.   Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders.   Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle practices, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and   SAFe .   Practical knowledge of CI/CD systems, test frameworks, and DevOps processes.   Advanced experience with program management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and similar platforms.   Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.   Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including defining and monitoring key delivery metrics and performance indicators.   Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, risks, and dependencies in fast-paced, evolving environments.   Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.   High level   of organization and attention to detail.   Proficiency   in English and Romanian, both written and spoken.   EMEACNX  #EMEACNX Location: ROU Cluj - 3-5 Campul Painii street Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents
