Dein Profil Du sprichst aktiv Deutsch (in Wort und Schrift) Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Du hast Spaß an Teamarbeit Gute PC-Kenntnisse Deine Aufgaben Erster Ansprechpartner für Kundenprobleme Ordnungsgemäßes Eskalieren von Anfragen zur nächsten Support-Ebene Verfolgen und Weiterleiten von Problemen an die richtigen Stellen Aktualisieren von Kundendaten Den Kunden durch den Problemlösungsvorgang führen Nachverfolgung beim Kunden, Feedback geben und Probleme bis zur Lösung begleiten Anwenden von exzellenten Kundenservicefähigkeiten und Übertreffen von Kundenerwartungen Sicherstellen der ordnungsgemäßen Aufzeichnung, der Dokumentation und des Abschlusses Bewahren und Ausbauen von Wissen zu Vorgehensweisen, Produkten und Dienstleistungen im Bereich Mobilfunk.
