Vous aurez pour missions de : · Accompagner prospects et clients dans la résolution de problèmes ou pour fournir des renseignements. · Contribuer activement à promouvoir notre image de marque et à développer la satisfaction client. · Gérer efficacement les réclamations. · Être un ambassadeur de la satisfaction client !
