Vous aurez pour missions de : Accompagner prospects et clients dans la résolution de problèmes ou pour fournir des renseignements. Contribuer activement à promouvoir notre image de marque et à développer la satisfaction client. Gérer efficacement les réclamations. Être un ambassadeur de la satisfaction client !
