Votre mission en tant que visiteurs médicaux sédentaires Intégré à une équipe de visiteurs médicaux sédentaires, vous présentez, par un système de visio-conférence, les spécialités pharmaceutiques (médicaments ou dispositifs médicaux) aux professionnels de santé ciblés (médecins et/ou pharmaciens). Votre objectif est d'en assurer la promotion et la bonne utilisation dans le respect des orientations du laboratoire . Vous aurez pour missions de : Informer les professionnels de santé des aspects réglementaires et pharmaco-thérapeutiques  Présenter la place du médicament ou du service dans la pathologie visée et la stratégie thérapeutique recommandée conformément aux campagnes de bon usage et des programmes de Santé Publique Assurer la visite dans le respect de la formation reçue par le laboratoire et selon la réglementation en vigueur  Recueillir et transmettre les cas de pharmacovigilance, matériovigilance et réclamation qualité produit Traiter les demandes d'informations médicales et les transmettre au Responsable Envoyer les documents à remise obligatoire ou facultative en cas de demande du PDS conformément à la liste positive Enregistrer dans la base de données toute information nécessaire Dès votre arrivée, vous bénéficiez d’une  formation complète  sur les produits, les outils informatiques et les bonnes pratiques de la relation client dans l’univers pharmaceutique. Vous êtes ensuite accompagné(e) tout au long de la mission par un  management de proximité  pour vous aider à monter en compétence et à contribuer pleinement aux objectifs de qualité de service.
