Job Title: Associate, Sales Development (CN, Mandarin) Job Description As a Virtual Sales Development Representative, you will execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers(C-Level), build quick rapport, and assess needs. In addition, the BDR needs to also execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating our client's products, lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process to achieve or exceed monthly sales quota. Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, and assess needs Qualify opportunities and handle objections Conduct C-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts Explain our products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating our products Collaborate closely with client to create a territory "plan-of-attack", including target companies, target prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks.
