As a Loader, you’ll get to make a difference in a fast-paced distribution center. Qualification/Basic Job Requirements: Load trailers while maintaining Dollar Tree safety policies to avoid personal injuries and property damage. Ensures freight is loaded so that appropriate space is left at end of trailer, determining when overflow is necessary. Check merchandise to ensure that shipment is accurate, and merchandise is not damaged and is loaded onto proper trailer Work as a team to prevent production downtime due to overloading or merchandise being left on the extender. Achieve set standards (engineered or productivity) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
