Job Title: Asesor Telefonico de Servicio al Cliente- Leon Job Description Brindar al cliente la mejor experiencia en cada interacción en los diferentes canales de servicio, através de la correcta utilización de herramientas de trabajo, aplicación de procesos y buenas prácticas de servicio al cliente. A fin de brindar la mejor asesoría y alcanzar las metas establecidas por el departamento. Requisitos: Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente (deseable) Conocimiento y manejo de computación Manejo de Excel Básico Disponibilidad de horarios Disponibilidad para trabajar desde sitio Competencias: Orientación al cliente Responsabilidad Adaptable al cambio Ser proactivo Compromiso Brindar al cliente la mejor experiencia en cada interacción en los diferentes canales de servicio, através de la correcta utilización de herramientas de trabajo, aplicación de procesos y buenas prácticas de servicio al cliente.
