Job Title: B2B - German Sales Trainer - CV Required Job Description The Sr. Specialist, Sales Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs that enhance client-specific knowledge and skills, focusing on advanced sales processes and systems. This position leads collaborations with internal and/or external stakeholders to create tailored content that addresses business needs, driving efficiency and productivity across the organization. He/she/they will work autonomously with moderate supervision to ensure the effectiveness of training initiatives. Ensure new employees receive comprehensive, client-specific onboarding and training to enhance job-specific knowledge and skills Provide skills-based coaching and client-specific training on a regular basis to support the achievement of operating plan targets, sales targets, and high customer satisfaction Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver effective training and development programs designed to enhance advanced sales knowledge and skills across various sales motions Analyze performance data and customer experience trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices tailored to specific territories Oversee and validate the quality of training delivery to ensure it meets established standards and aligns with business goals Track the effectiveness of training interventions through a range of assessment tools and methodologies for continuous improvement Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize sales processes and systems, ensuring a superior customer experience is consistently achieved Maintain high-level communication with internal stakeholders to foster and develop strategic client relationships while staying informed about the evolving business environment for training material updates Location: EGY Alexandria - 5th Floor, Matajer Tower 2, 51 - 61 Fawzi Moaz Street, Smouha, Sidi Gaber Language Requirements: German (Required) Time Type: Full time If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents
